KV Murthy has 32 years of expertise in project development, corporate finance, private equity, structured finance and M&A both onshore and cross border transactions. He earlier held responsible positions at Axis Bank, Mitsubishi Corporation, Samsung Corporation, and ISPAT. Murthy was actively associated in financial closures of power, road, airports, ports, oil & gas sector in India. He is a qualified mechanical engineer and did masters in finance. He has also advised Government bodies in PSP and PPP transactions.
